AO is strengthening its organisational structure to support international growth, bringing together the requirements of its South African business, its operations across Africa and its Finnish operation.
The work includes structuring the South African business to support Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) requirements and local regulatory obligations, while positioning the Group’s core products and services for international markets.
The changes are intended to connect AO’s consulting, software development, enterprise systems, banking and payments capabilities more effectively. Africa remains the Group’s home market, with Finland providing a European base for further development.
The focus is to strengthen the foundations for customer delivery, develop the Group’s people and support its next stage of growth.
