Mobile banking delivered in 2018
AO designed, developed, implemented and configured a mobile banking system covering services such as enquiries, funds transfers, loan applications, mobile money, airtime top-ups and bill payments. Unaitas confirmed that the project was completed and released to production in December 2018. In its reference dated 16 June 2021, the customer confirmed that the system was in productive operation at that time.
Agency banking implementation
AO also completed an agency banking system during the period from 17 August 2021 to 1 February 2022. Unaitas issued its formal completion declaration on 25 May 2022, confirming successful completion.

A separate, undated reference confirms AO’s supply of Panini cheque scanning devices and recognises the quality of service and timely delivery.
